Therapie
Antiemetika > Neurokinin 1-Rezeptorantagonisten
Indikation
Prophylaxe von Übelkeit und Erbrechen bei mässig bis stark emetogener Chemotherapie in Kombination mit einem 5-HT3-Antagonisten und Dexamethason.
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
Hoch emetogene Chemotherapie: >18 J.: Tag 1: 125 mg 60 Min. vor Chemotherapie, Tage 2–3: 80 mg morgens, Ondansetron: Tag 1: «FI», Dexamethason p.o.: Tag 1: 12 mg 30 Min. vor Chemotherapie, Tage 2–4: 8 mg morgens.
Mässig emetogene Chemotherapie: >18 J.: Tag 1: 125 mg 60 Min. vor Chemotherapie, Tage 2–3: 80 mg morgens, Dexamethason p.o.: Tag 1: 12 mg 30 Min. vor Chemotherapie, Ondansetron p.o.: Tag 1: 8 mg 30–60 Min. vor Chemotherapie, nach 8 h 1× wiederholen.

Gleichzeitig mit Terfenadin, Pimozid, Astemizol oder Cisaprid. Stillzeit.
