Antepartale Prophylaxe: 300 µg in der 28.–30. Schwangerschaftswoche.
Postpartale Prophylaxe: 300 µg so rasch wie möglich innerhalb 72 h (evtl. später) nach Geburt.
Antepartale Komplikation, invasive pränatale Diagnostik: 300 µg so rasch wie möglich innerhalb 72 h (evtl. später) nach Komplikation bzw. Eingriff, bis zur Geburt alle 12 Wo. wiederholen.
Transfusionen: Erw., Jugendl., Kinder: 20 µg/2 ml transfundiertes Blut resp. 20 µg/1 ml Erythrozytenkonzentrat i.v. (i.m. «FI»), max. 3000 µg.
