Epilepsie
Zusatztherapie (>18 J.): 1. Wo. 25–50 mg tgl. abends, Tagesdosis wöch. um 25–50(–100) mg erhöhen (in 2 Gaben aufteilen), Erhalt 200–400(–max. 800) mg tgl.
Zusatztherapie (2–18 J.): 1. Wo. 1–3 mg/kg/Tag abends (max. 25 mg), Tagesdosis alle 1–2 Wo. um 1–3 mg/kg erhöhen (in 2 Gaben aufteilen), Erhalt 5–9 mg/kg/Tag.
Monotherapie (>18 J.): 1. Wo. 25 mg tgl. abends, Tagesdosis alle 1–2 Wo. um 25–50 mg erhöhen (in 2 Gaben aufteilen), Erhalt 100(–max. 500) mg tgl.
Monotherapie (7–18 J.): 1. Wo. 0,5–1 mg/kg/Tag abends, Tagesdosis alle 1–2 Wo. um 0,5–1 mg/kg erhöhen (in 2 Gaben aufteilen), initiale Zieldosis ca. 100 mg tgl., max. 400 mg tgl.
Migräne
>16 J.: 1. Wo. 25 mg tgl. abends, Tagesdosis wöch. um 25 mg erhöhen, Erhalt (50–)100 mg tgl. in 2 Gaben aufteilen.
