<30 kg: au début 10 mg/kg/j., augmenter tous les 3 j. de ≤10 mg/kg/j. jusqu'à 45 mg/kg/j., max. 1000 mg/j.
Patients recevant du valproate
≥30 kg: au début 20 mg/kg/j., augmenter tous les 2 j. de ≤20 mg/kg/j. jusqu'à 30 mg/kg/j.: 30–50 kg: max. 1600 mg/j., 50,1–70 kg: max. 2000 mg/j., ≥70,1 kg: max. 2400 mg/j.
