Rolando-Epilepsie.
Dosierung
Individuell; Erhalt (evtl. über 1–2 Wo. einschleichen): 5 mg/kg tgl. in 3 Gaben.
Kontraindikation
Nierenfunktionsstörung, psychiatrische Erkrankungen, Porphyrie, Hyperthyreose, Hypertonie. Schwangerschaft (inkl. Frauen im gebärfähigen Alter), Stillzeit. Weibliche Jugendliche >12 J.
