Posologie
>12 ans: 1 cp./j. du 1er au 21e j. du cycle, puis pause de 7 j.
Contre-indications
Evénements thromboemboliques (y c. facteurs de risque «IPr»), hépatopathie sévère jusqu'à normalisation des paramètres hépatiques, tumeurs hépatiques (y c. anamnèse), tumeurs malignes des organes génitaux ou des seins dépendantes des hormones sexuelles, saignement vaginal inexpliqué, en association à ombitasvir/paritaprévir/ritonavir, glécaprévir/pibrentasvir, sofosbuvir/velpatasvir/voxilaprévir; grossesse, allaitement.
