BREVIER
Indications
Infection à VIH-1: en association à l'emtricitabine ou la lamivudine et un INNTI ou un inhibiteur de la protéase (1er choix); en association à d'autres antirétroviraux après échec d'un traitement associé; hépatite B chronique compensée en présence d'une réplication virale active, d'ALT élevées et d'une histologie positive; hépatite B chronique décompensée.
Posologie
>18 ans: 1 cp./j. avec un repas.
Contre-indications
Insuffisance rénale (Clcr <10 ml/min), dialyse; allaitement «IPr».
