Hypercholestérolémie primaire: >18 ans: au début 1 cp. 10/10 mg 1×/j., év. augmenter à max. 1 cp. 10/40 mg 1×/j. lors de l'instauration d'un nouveau traitement, max. 1 cp. 10/80 mg 1×/j. chez les patients déjà chroniquement sous 10/80 mg sans toxicité musculaire.
Hypercholestérolémie familiale homozygote: >18 ans: 1 cp. 10/40 mg 1×/j.
