Starker Befall mit Necator americanus: >6 Mon.: 1×tgl. 20 mg/kg (max. 2 g tgl.) für 2 Tage oder 1×tgl. 10 mg/kg für 3 Tage.
Askariasis allein: >6 Mon.: einmalige Dosis von 5 mg/kg.
