Vasodilatateurs > Pentoxifylline
Indications
Artériopathie obstructive périphérique d'origine artériosclérotique ou diabétique, lésions trophiques, troubles ischémiques cérébraux, troubles circulatoires au niveau oculaire et auditif en relation avec des processus dégénératifs des vaisseaux et diminution de la capacité visuelle et auditive.
Posologie
Avec les repas.
>18 ans: au début 400 mg 3×/j., puis 400 mg 2×/j.
>18 ans: au début 400 mg 3×/j., puis 400 mg 2×/j.
Contre-indications
Hémorragie massive, hémorragie cérébrale récente, hémorragie rétinienne récente, infarctus aigu, ulcère gastroduodénal, diathèse hémorragique; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
