Indications
Infection pulmonaire due à P. aeruginosa lors de mucoviscidose.
Posologie
Traitement intermittent.
>12 ans: 0,5–2 mio UI 2×/j. (30'000 UI/kg/j.) en inhalation, pendant max. 6 sem. par cycle.
Contre-indications
Myasthénie; grossesse «IPr», allaitement; nouveau-nés.
