Therapie
Antidote > Schilddrüsenblockade
Indikation
Prophylaxe der Radioiod-Inkorporation (Nähe <50 km Kernkraftwerk).
Dosierung
Mit dem Essen. Auf Anordnung der Behörden, max. 12 h vor bis 5 h nach Exposition; Therapiedauer: je nach Anordnung der Behörden.
>12 J.: 1×tgl. 2 Tabl.
3–12 J.: 1×tgl. 1 Tabl.
1 Mon.–3 J.: 1×tgl. ½ Tabl.
Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit: 1×tgl. 2 Tabl. während max. 2 Tage.
<1 Mon.: einmalige Dosis von ¼ Tabl.
>12 J.: 1×tgl. 2 Tabl.
3–12 J.: 1×tgl. 1 Tabl.

Kontraindikation
Hyperthyreose, M. Basedow, Schilddrüsenautonomie, Dermatitis herpetiformis, Myotonia congenita, Iododerma tuberosum, hypokomplementämische Vaskulitis.
