Indications
Carence en fer.
Posologie
Inj. i.v. (max. 1 ml/min) ou perf. i.v. après dilution dans NaCl 0,9% «IPr», durée de perf. «IPr».
>18 ans: dose totale nécessaire: individuelle «IPr»; inj. i.v.: max. 200 mg jusqu'à 3×/sem.; perf. i.v.: max. 7 mg/kg (≤70 kg) resp. max. 500 mg (>70 kg) max. 1×/sem.
3–18 ans: dose totale nécessaire: individuelle «IPr», posologie usuelle: 3 mg/kg max. 3×/sem.
>18 ans: dose totale nécessaire: individuelle «IPr»; inj. i.v.: max. 200 mg jusqu'à 3×/sem.; perf. i.v.: max. 7 mg/kg (≤70 kg) resp. max. 500 mg (>70 kg) max. 1×/sem.

Contre-indications
Anémie non ferriprive, surcharge en fer, troubles de l'utilisation du fer; grossesse (1er trimestre; 2e et 3e trimestres «IPr»).
