Hypotension légère à modérée
S.c/i.m.: >18 ans: (1–)2–5(–10) mg, au début max. 5 mg.
Inj. i.v.: >18 ans: au début 50(–max 100) µg, répéter jusqu'à l'obtention de l'effet désiré.
Perf. i.v.: >18 ans: au début 25–50(–180) µg/min, puis 25–100 µg/min.
Hypotension sévère, choc
Perf. i.v.: >18 ans: au début 100–180 µg/min, entretien 40–60 µg/min.
Anesthésie, tachycardie: «IPr».
