Therapie
Antineoplastika > Zell- und Gentherapie > Allogene T-Zell-Immuntherapie
Indikation
Rezidivierte oder refraktäre Epstein-Barr-Virus positive Posttransplantations-lymphoproliferative Erkrankung als Monotherapie ab 2 J. nach min. einer vorherigen Therapie.
Dosierung
I.v. Inj. über 5–10 Min. nach Auftauen und Verdünnung «FI».
>2 J.: 2×106 lebensfähige T-Zellen/kg an den Tagen 1, 8 und 15 eines 35-Tage-Zyklus. Anzahl der Zyklen je nach Ansprechen «FI».

Kontraindikation
Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit.
