Therapie
Antiinfektiva > Antiparasitaria/Antiprotozoaria > Anthelminthika
Indikation
Inoperable bzw. nicht radikal operierbare zystische Echinokokkose ab 14 J. und alveoläre Echinokokkose ab 18 J.
Dosierung
Mit fettreicher Nahrung, Tabl. ganz schlucken oder zerkauen.
Zystische Echinokokkose
>14 J.: 40–60 mg/kg/Tag (Zielspiegel 250 nmol/l gemessen 4 h nach Morgendosis) während min. 3–6 Mon.
Alveoläre Echinokokkose
>18 J.: 40–60 mg/kg/Tag (Zielspiegel 250 nmol/l gemessen 4 h nach Morgendosis), Therapiedauer je nach Ansprechen «FI».
Zystische Echinokokkose
>14 J.: 40–60 mg/kg/Tag (Zielspiegel 250 nmol/l gemessen 4 h nach Morgendosis) während min. 3–6 Mon.
Alveoläre Echinokokkose
>18 J.: 40–60 mg/kg/Tag (Zielspiegel 250 nmol/l gemessen 4 h nach Morgendosis), Therapiedauer je nach Ansprechen «FI».
Kontraindikation
Fortpflanzung bei der Frau (bis 1 Mon. nach Therapie), Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit. <1 J.
