Indications
Echinococcose kystique dès 14 ans et échinococcose alvéolaire dès 18 ans inopérables resp. non opérables par chirurgie radiculaire.
Posologie
Avec des aliments riches en graisses, avaler les cp. entiers ou les mâcher.
Echinococcose kystique
>14 ans: 40–60 mg/kg/j. (taux cible 250 nmol/l mesuré 4 h après la prise matinale) pendant min. 3–6 mois.
Echinococcose alvéolaire
>18 ans: 40–60 mg/kg/j. (taux cible 250 nmol/l mesuré 4 h après la prise matinale), durée du traitement selon la réponse «IPr».
Echinococcose kystique
>14 ans: 40–60 mg/kg/j. (taux cible 250 nmol/l mesuré 4 h après la prise matinale) pendant min. 3–6 mois.
Echinococcose alvéolaire
>18 ans: 40–60 mg/kg/j. (taux cible 250 nmol/l mesuré 4 h après la prise matinale), durée du traitement selon la réponse «IPr».
Contre-indications
Procréation chez la femme (jusqu'à 1 mois après le traitement), grossesse, allaitement; <1 an.
