BREVIER
Indications
Hypertension.
Posologie
Le matin à jeun ou après un petit déjeuner léger.
>18 ans: au début: 1 cp. 5/50 1×/j., év. augmenter à 1 cp. 10/100 1×/j.
Contre-indications
Infarctus aigu du myocarde, angor instable, bloc AV II et III, insuffisance cardiaque décompensée, traitement inotrope par agonistes β, maladie du sinus, bradycardie (<50/min), choc cardiogène, troubles artériels périphériques sévères, phéochromocytome non traité, bronchospasme sévère, obstruction valvulaire cardiaque hémodynamiquement significative, obstruction cardiaque dynamique, accident vasculaire cérébral au cours des 6 derniers mois, troubles sévères de la fonction hépatique, insuffisance rénale sévère (Clcr <30 ml/min), acidose, hypotension, infarctus du myocarde avec fréquence <45/min., intervalle PQ >0,24 sec ou hypotension (<100 mmHg); grossesse, allaitement «IPr».
