Hypertension: >18 ans: au début: 1–1,25 mg 1×/j., entretien: 2,5–5 mg 1×/j., patients âgés: au début 0,5–1 mg 1×/j., puis individuelle.
Insuffisance cardiaque: >18 ans: au début: 0,5 mg 1×/j., entretien: 1 mg 1×/j., év. augmenter à 2,5(–max. 5) mg 1×/j.
