Hypokaliémie lors d'acidose.
Posologie
Avec les repas, doses journalières >30 mmol en 2–4 prises.
Entretien: >18 ans: 40–80 mmol/j.; max. 150 mmol/j.
Traitement: >18 ans: 70–100 mmol/j.; max. 150 mmol/j.
Prévention: >18 ans: 30–50 mmol/j.; max. 150 mmol/j.

Contre-indications
Hyperkaliémie, insuffisance rénale, oligurie, hypoaldostéronisme, déshydratation sévère, ulcères gastroduodénaux, brûlures profondes, en association aux diurétiques d'épargne potassique.
