Therapie
Indikation
Diagnose und Therapie von Diabetes insipidus centralis; Polyurie, Polydipsie nach Operationen im Hypophysenbereich.
Dosierung
Diabetes insipidus, Polyurie, postoperative Polydipsie
Individuell gemäss Harnmenge und Harnosmolalität, Gaben <10 µg «FI».
>18 J.: 10–40 µg tgl. in 1–2 Gaben.
1–18 J.: 5–20 µg tgl. in 1–2 Gaben.
Diagnose: «FI».

Kontraindikation
Primäre oder psychogene Polydipsie, Herzinsuffizienz, Diuretikatherapie, Hyponatriämie, Niereninsuffizienz (Clcr <50 ml/Min.), Syndrom der inadäquaten ADH-Sekretion, schweres von Willebrand-Syndrom (Typ IIb), Faktor VIII-Aktivität von 5%, Faktor VIII-Antikörper.
