Thérapie
Indications
Femmes non hystérectomisées: troubles de la ménopause; prévention de l'ostéoporose postménopausique à haut risque de fracture, si d'autres médicaments n'entrent pas en ligne de compte ou lors de symptômes de déficit estrogénique nécessitant un traitement.
Posologie
Indépendamment des repas.
>18 ans: 1 cp./j. en continu; au début Femoston 1/10, puis év. Femoston 2/10.
>18 ans: 1 cp./j. en continu; au début Femoston 1/10, puis év. Femoston 2/10.
Contre-indications
Carcinome mammaire (y c. anamnèse), tumeurs malignes dépendantes des hormones sexuelles, hyperplasie de l'endomètre non traitée, saignement vaginal inexpliqué, tumeurs hépatiques (y c. anamnèse), hépatopathie sévère, troubles sévères de la fonction hépatique, événements thromboemboliques (y c. facteurs de risque), hypertriglycéridémie sévère, méningiome (y c. anamnèse); grossesse, allaitement.
